PS140 Sortation Systems
Excellent condition, installed in 1999, dismantled in 2005, in operation for approximately 4-5 years. 32 lane sorter which services five pick-to-belt modules, a recirculating conveyor and a floor level repack conveyor  All conveyors go through a computer controlled Accu-Sort merge through a Accu-Sort Model 6000 bar code reader to be directed to the correct lane for packing.  After the bar code reader, the product enters a 320 feet per minute shoe style sorter which pushes the carton down one of 32 lanes of 24" wide, 32.4' long gravity roller conveyors to a ball roller table. The carton is then placed on a pallet with other cartons for that order, which is held in a load straightening device. The finished load is then stretched wrapped and pushed away on floor straight roller conveyor to be picked up by a forklift for subsequent shipment.   24 lane sorter also available 66 Floor rollers, 10' 6 1/2" OAW, 1 7/8"diameter x 5 1/2" with stop Rapid Sort Control Boxes - 4 available NEW 30 HP SORTER DRIVE UNIT
